Hold Me Tight® is a structured workshop for couples based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, the creator of EFT. The workshop helps couples strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and navigate key conversations to deepen intimacy, address unmet needs, and resolve relationship challenges.

Couples will learn to identify negative interaction patterns, understand their emotional responses, and engage in more supportive and loving ways. The name Hold Me Tight® reflects a core EFT principle: physical and emotional closeness, symbolized by holding each other, fosters security and connection in romantic relationships.
